Alexander V. Filatov
PhD, Professor, Head of the laboratory
Alexander Filatov graduated from Lomonosov MSU, where he did his PhD afterwords. In 1988 he became Head of the laboratory of immunochemistry in Institute of Immunology, Moscow, Russia.
A. Filatov authors more than 60 research articles, and has been a PI of 7 PhD projects.
A. Filatov investigates proteoforms of lymphocyte phosphatase-associated phosphoprotein (LPAP) and its role in process of human lymphocytes activation. He is aslo actively involved in educational process in Immunology department of Lomonosov MSU, including lecture course called “Biotechnology”.
Research interests: immunology, monoclonal Abs, signal pathways in human lymphocytes

Dmitriy V. Mazurov
PhD, Senior staff scientist
D. Mazurov graduated from Ryazan State Medical University named after academician I.P. Pavlov. He did his PhD in Institute of Immunology in Moscow, Russia. He worked as a postdoc in HIV DRP Retroviral Replication Laboratory, NCI-Frederick, Maryland, U.S. with David Derse.
Dmitriy Mazurov authors more than 35 research articles, he also is a PI for students and PhD students of Lomonosov MSU.
Research interests: retrovirology, immunology, CRISPR-Cas9 genome-engeneering

Tatiana D. Tsoy (Meshkova)
PhD student at Lomonosov MSU, staff scientist
Tatiana graduated from Lomonosov MSU, Department of immunology.
She is a PhD student in the our lab since 2014. Her project is focused on searching new phosphorilation sites of lymphocyte phosphatase-associated phosphoprotein (LPAP). Tatiana works under supervision of A. Filatov.
Tatiana worked as intern student in M. Bukrinsky lab in George Washington University, Washington, D.C., U.S., where she studied ITIH protein and its function in HIV-1 replication.
Research interests: immunology, molecular biology, cell signalling.
Anastasia A. Zotova (Shunaeva)
PhD student at Lomonosov MSU, staff scientist
Anastasia graduated from Lomonosov MSU, Department of immunology.
She is a PhD student in the our lab since 2015. Her research is focused on HIV-1 and HTLV-1 biology. Anastasia works under supervision of D. Mazurov.
Anastasia worked as intern student in I. Lavrik lab in Otto-von-Guericke-Universität Magdeburg, Germany. She investigated modulation of CD95L-induced cell death by different inhibitors there.
A. Zotova worked also as intern student in M. Bukrinsky lab in George Washington University, Washington, D.C., U.S. where she investigated molecular mechanisms of interaction between HIV-1 Nef protein and calnexin.
Research interests: immunology, HIV-1 and HTLV-1 biology, CRISPR/Cas9 genome-ingineering, apoptosis, bioinformatics.
Natalia A. Kruglova
PhD student at Lomonosov MSU, staff scientist
Natalia graduated from Lomonosov MSU, Department of immunology.
She is a PhD student in the our lab since 2015. Her research is focused on investigating proteoforms of lymphocyte phosphatase-associated phosphoprotein (LPAP) and its role in process of human lymphocytes activation. Natalia works under supervision of A. Filatov.
Natalia worked as intern student also in M. Bukrinsky lab in George Washington University, Washington, D.C., U.S. where she investigated the role of Nef in mouse HIV-1 model.
Research interests: immunology, oncoimmunology, molecular biology, PCD mechanisms, molecular mechanisms of immune cells’ activation.
Maria G. Byazrova
Student at Lomonosov MSU, Faculty of Biolofy, Department of Immunulogy
Maria did her bachelor diploma titled “Analysis of Ig-genes’ clonal diversity by single B-lymphocytes sequencing” in our lab with A. Filatov.
Research interests: immunology, molecular biology, cell signalling, mAbs identification.
